Spa Policy

• ARRIVING EARLY

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the treatment time. Arriving late will shorten the treatment.

• CHILDREN

Spa guests must be at least 12 years old. Minors may have treatments, but must be accompanied by a parent or a signed waiver. Proof of age may be required.

• CANCELLATION / NO - SHOW POLICY

Cancellation which is made one day before treatment date will be charged 50% from the rate and cancellation which is made on the same day treatment or no show will be charged 100% from the contract rate.

• What about payment

We accept cash (US $, Aust $, Sin $, HK $, Yen, Euro, Yuan, Yen, IDR) and credit cards (VISA & Master). Checks are not accepted.

• Is there any age limit?

Yes. Since our treatment is not developed for children, we only offer the treatment to guests aged 12 years and over.

• Do I need to bring my own cosmetics?

Basic skin care and body care products are available, but we don't have makeup products. Please bring your own with you.

• Should I bring extra clothes?

We provide things you need for the treatment such as disposable paper shorts, towels and gowns.

• Can male guests enjoy spa treatment?

Yes, Talaga Spa treatment is developed for both male and female guests.

• What if I am pregnant?

We suggest the treatments that fit to expectant mother, but we recommend you to ask your doctor before the treatment.

• What if I have sensitive skin?
